Welcome to the SONJ 2025 Spring Regional Competitions volunteer registration page. Using this online registration, you will be able to view volunteer positions and sign up to volunteer for spring regional competitions. 

IMPORTANT NOTE: This registration is to reserve your volunteer position(s). Once complete, you will be redirected to complete the volunteer registration forms and waivers. If you are under age 18 or not your own legal guardian, only a parent/legal guardian can complete the forms and waivers.

To volunteer for an event, please complete the online registration in its entirety. This online registration is a volunteer placeholder only. Once submitted you will be redirected to complete the required volunteer forms and waivers. Please know all positions are on a FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED BASIS. Groups of ten (10) or more volunteers please contact volunteer@sonj.org for group registration. Groups less than ten (10) volunteers please register individually.

• Monmouth and Ocean County Bowling: Sunday, 2/9/2025 Lakewood, NJ
• Central Bowling Regional: Saturday, 2/22/2025 Aberdeen Township, NJ
• North Bowling Regional: Saturday, 3/1/2025 Jersey City, NJ
• South Bowling Regional: Saturday, 3/8/2025 Stratford, NJ

Basketball Competitions:

• North Basketball Regional: 3/15/2025-3/16/2025 Morristown & Madison, NJ
• Central Basketball Regional: 3/15/2025-3/16/2025 Lawrenceville, NJ
• South Basketball Regional: 3/15/2025-3/16/2025 West Deptford & Sewell, NJ
• East Basketball Regional: 3/15/2025-3/16/2025 Old Bridge, NJ

VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENTS: ​All volunteers must be at least 14 years old (unless otherwise noted). Volunteers must be able to commit to the full duration of the event as scheduled.
